(3) We send your tender to every qualifying wholesaler in your delivery area. They have 7 days to return their best quote, and you see every offer side-by-side with savings highlighted line-by-line.

No. Wholesalers configure their own delivery postcode coverage, so your tender only goes to wholesalers who can serve your venue. Every bid you receive is from a supplier who can actually deliver.

Yes. Stay in control of who tenders for your business — exclude specific suppliers, focus on certain categories (like beer only), and tailor exactly how your tender is sent out.

Wholesalers have 7 days from receiving your tender to return a quote. We'll email you when the tender closes and your comparison view is ready.
